Teesside-based and working from a 30ft shipping container in the former ship building town of Haverton Hill, Aerium UK source, strip/polish and ultimately upcycle and repurpose salvaged aircraft fuselage window panels into unique feature wall art pieces. The salvaged fuselage sections come from a variety of aircraft including Boeing 737, 747, 767 and Airbus A380; each with its own unique aviation history. Once the panels are stripped of their original paintwork the hard work of the polishing process begins with the end result providing unique talking point aviation pieces complimenting both corporate and domestic settings. Each window section can be fitted with a quartz clock mechanism encased behind the original plane window, a mirror panel (colour tinted if required), an image/graphic of your choice or come supplied with an empty window space.

Having gained experience, knowledge and skills acquired during seven years’ similar work stripping and polishing vintage storage items such as filing cabinets and multi-drawers etc Aerium UK produce very high precision metal polishing resulting in true mirror finishes. The finished pieces are available in either single, double, triple or quad window sections.
